Training and Assessment Skills Set (Training the Trainer)  $1000.00 or  *FREE for employers and supervisors of Apprentices and Trainees*

A free set of skills from the nationally recognised Certificate IV in Training and Assessment has been expanded to include employers and supervisors of apprentices and trainees across all industry area.

Course Content

This qualification is made up of 7 Units of Competency.  The set of skills has been specifically selected to help employers and supervisors build and improve training skills so they can provide apprentices and trainees with a quality training experience.

• TAADEL401B Plan and Organise Group-Based Delivery
• TAADEL402B Facilitate Group-Based Learning
• TAAASS401B Plan and Organise Assessment
• TAAASS402B Assess Competence
• TAAASS404B Participate in Assessment Validation

Prerequisites

Be sufficiently fluent in the use of the English language for communication and assessment purposes.  Wear closed in shoes when attending the LaMon training venue.

Delivery

This course is offered in several formats including face to face, correspondence and online (coming soon).

To secure your training position it is requested that you book prior to your chosen date.  All Certificate IV Training is also available through external training.  Customised one to one and accelerated programmes can also be arranged to suit fly in fly out, shift workers and the like.  Please contact us to discuss your timetable.
